I love fighting enemies with guns in games where they actually feel smart and do intelligent things, like FEAR or Half Life 2.
Trepang is absolute incredible, and their AI is actually pretty sick, but you usually move so fast and kill em so quickly that they usually never get much of a chance to shine.
