not ideal, it's not really the amount that counts but getting enough deep sleep rem that counts the most. you should get at least 3 deep sleep rems which lasts about 90 minutes each. so you need at least 6 hours uninterrupted sleep at the MINIMUM. if you cant sleep after 6 hours fine, but you absolutely need those uninterrupted 6 👍

teenagers should get at least 4 rem cycles

so 2-5 is not great. but if you get deep sleep its better than nothing. try to get 7-8 👍

I know some people in the past have experimented with sleeping cycles where they sleep like 2 hours three or four times within a 24h period and got enough sleep. I think as long as you get enough deep sleep you're good. its really fascinating once you start reading up on it
