meaning, I can extract whole code, 3d models, and bitmaps. then save them as modern day equivalents, and convert those into a format that works with current day Halo CE

then, it'll be a matter of simply just adding them into the directory of halo ce, making my own tags for all the things added, and technically, should all be in the game 1:1 as the original version, with some touchups

Technically, my goal is to have a more accruate 1:1 of the 1999 halo files, with the translated version accesible for all to use in Halo Custom Edition, and from there, anyone is free to use the models and remake them, make HD versions, etc
