Cooked tube of chorizo (3.5 servings) with oil drained + rendered = 3.09oz @ approx 360cal, or 116cal per 1oz.

28g of shredded cheese = 0.988oz

2:1 cheese to chorizo on mission fajita tortilla = 1.5oz cheese : 0.75oz chorizo

100cal shell + 175cal chorizo + 140cal cheese = 415cal per 1 mini chorizo quesadilla
