I have 2 Steam accounts and redeemed the game key to the wrong one in the closed alpha.
Steam won't let you re-use them on the right account (or any other)
I can launch the game on the wrong Steam account but then Bungie won't let it on the servers.
I got in to the closed technical test and they...sent me the exact same key that was already misused or a new one that was already used by someone else.
So hoping to get a fresh game key or to get my alt Steam account admitted to the test.

Any content bound by the NDA is bound by the NDA for the extent of that NDA. If the NDA doesn't have an end date, then anything recorded during the test cannot be shared, even after the test is over. So saying something like 'but hold off on posting it' is kind of a problem there, as it implies you plan to, when you may not ever be able to.

That's what testing is. Normally things like this happen internally, sometimes dozens of tests go on before the first open test, but the public very rarely even knows about them, let alone actually gets the chance to take part, they're normally done through focus groups hired by third party companies and the like

I don't, your best bet would be to ask around in the major gaming places, like over in california, but generally, focus groups have their own surveys way ahead of time to have demographic groups already set up, then pick people from them for their focus groups when another company needs one, so checking in those main locations would probably be your best bet

When signing up for any of the Tests, the link to do so was given by the bot here on the discord, and is directly tied to your discord ID; the link is generated specifically for you, so if you get into a test, the role is given to that linked discord ID. If the ID isn't here when it's supposed to receive a role, then it won't get the role. If it leaves the discord after having a role, it'll lose the role, even if it joins back. The roles are given only once.
