if you camp near a clue or a boss or an extract you get the supernatural proximity sensor screaming to the other teams there's opps at the function

if you try to camp in a corner you literally have to sit completely still and do NOTHING or else the very first sound you make will give you away entirely and you'll either get shot through a wall, grenaded, or plain out rushed with melee or a shotgun or anything

if you camp in a bush or crouchwalk, you are a sitting duck and begging to be taken out with a single headshot, and you're busted the second you take a single shot. bushes also aren't great at concealing you to begin with

From what I heard, appareantly the original create a runner system was not working well

As my experience from the April Alpha, practically every runner countered eachother and made positioning and teamplay be the main winner of gunfights

They were strong dont get me wrong but it felt like they were built with balance in mind

And that’s valid. The game sticks to its vision and it’s not going to be for everyone. If you liked the core gameplay loop though and the combat the full game will have a lot more depth to it. The full crafting and progression systems and all the other maps open up a lot
