That’s surely an opinion. I don’t agree with how Bungie is handling Destiny but i don’t think Marathon is a bad decision. Bungie as a game studio can make other games besides Destiny. Here’s the thing too, Destiny as a game requires so much content to be kept afloat. New game modes, new destinations, just a ton of different stuff. Marathon is an extraction shooter. That’s the game mode. This frees up Bungie to develop way more lore, maps, and other stuff because they aren’t having to redesign new game modes and such.

I partially agree but I think sticking with D2 is just a pour decision the game seems to just keep losing players Sony bought them out to be a live service studio if they cant do that they will be absorbed i have my opinions what they should develop and if theyre doing a good job but the reality is that a studio such as them needs to stay profitable or they have to shut their doors.
