Why? I don't really see it - we all had the opportunity to sign up for the alpha tests. Codes were sent out randomly to people who applied, of that pool they gathered data and randomly sent out invites again. I never got in, found out too late but I don't think it's somehow toxic lol. It just sucks to have missed out

They stated that the invites were lottery based during the first test, it's the same pool of people now. Like, the reason they'd ask questions like that is to generate statistics about the kind of people playing, what system, what hardware etc. That's common practice in essentially every alpha / beta test

Gender and age to profile you, they might want to ask different questions to people that are 18 or 40

PC Specs so they can test the game on multiple configurations

for example something works on AMD GPU's but doesn't on NVIDIA
