Really, 90% of the fault lies at the corporate level of Bungie. They should be fired. But I think for the devs they have? They do good work.

For me, a lot of what makes or break it is that D2 feels consistently good. Which while there's a lot of great feeling games, the consistency can be lacking. Of course, a lot of it is a miracle. Bungie has always been kinda bad, its a miracle the Bungie era Halo games worked at all and they let some real bad people and cultures thrive at the time.

It felt amazing, and the only thing I ever played was the one life modes, much like ghosts. Realistically, its personal preference, but I like the arcadey run and gun style of call of duty, rather than the tactical aspect one life modes can bring. If I wanted that, I can just play siege. Thats why I think its a really bad call of duty overall, but a really good "tactical" game
