The code and assets are likely entirely saved through version control practices, but would be incompatible with almost all of the modern systems. They'd have to spin up separate servers/instances for a version of the game that could include that content. Practically impossible given they use different serves for character/player accounts, API calls for inventory/vaults, and so much more

Probably the closest anything has come to the feeling of ARC Raiders is a Destiny Day 1 Raid

These legacy engines are way more messy than just a handful of binaries, it's like a "snapshot" of dozens of different tools, configuration settings for the tools, servers running the tools, tools that are actually just hacky workarounds, etc.

There's a reason why its becoming a popular choice to switch to Unreal engine where they maintain this kind of stuff a lot better rather than to keep supporting your in-house engine
