the bots were not strong / had no roles which led to a very easy (and boring imo) pve experience. if you had enemies that played certain roles like PayDay2 to force the player to think about what to do instead of just i shoot them and kill them very easily. the bots also communicating would make the world feel more alive like in "Fear"

Arc Raiders is a Rust Extraction shooter developed by ex-dice developers from the battlefront project. I played in the playtest, and personally didn’t care for it. Marathon is a better extraction shooter in my opinion that I will continue to play in the future.

Personally, I enjoy the loot system better on Marathon and it feels more rewarding. The gun fights feel more comfortable to me being a long time Bungie Halo fan, this game represents that type of play style that I missed. It scratches that Halo itch. Arc Raiders is definitely for people that prefer Battlefield and Battlefront style games over Halo style gameplay.

I get what you're saying but TTK was faster and the environment plays a big part in this game.. if you're popping shots off you kinda have to constantly be moving to avoid the AI throughout the map.. also the flares going up showing everyone on the map where you are when you kill someone..
