We know from playtesters that there's a faction we didn't get to play that they did, though. MIDA.
It's not unusual for a studio to prepare a restricted, cut down version of the game to playtest (it's called a vertical slice) in order to focus on the things they want to get out of the playtesting

yeah but it doesn't have all the nuances of tarkov so far. tarkov loot is interesting because every item is unique and has very specific uses that you can learn. you see two bottles of vodka, I see a discount on one of the most powerful rifles in the game. both games are just kinda fallout 4 resources
