For context I was doing a shard 10 level 1 run when i got two general relativity items and a perpetual motion machine. Which caused the perpetual motion machine to have no cooldown and stack multiple times resulting me flying over the entire level (see image 1). Later on i also got Greed Machine, Interest and Aromatic Herbs so i became invulnerable to any damage except falling to my demise. Also added in the image of my inventory in an additional image.
