Rank estimate during run frozen on showing only "S" rank

This occurred once in shard 10, after entering a level, the upper-left corner rank estimate showed only S throughout whole run, although showed a correct "D" rank when I reached the end portal.
I am attaching a screenshot from that level, also where the speed is obviously too low for an S rank, but it still showed an "S". This fixed itself after entering next level.

Thanks for reporting! Has this happened again or just the one time?

This happened just once, but my playing sessions are relatively short, up to an hour or so, I believe it may happen again

I can confirm that it happened again, in same shard 10 today. Also, for some reason, in shard 2 the rank estimate disappeared mid run, far before I reached the portal.
