Isn’t there already something big up there? It’s a structure not an enemy I think (unless that’s being reworked idk) but it’s still something big

it would be cool if like canonically the nether is below the end's void

and thats why the bedrock is on the roof of the nether

so you get stray void reavers

that have been mutated by the nether
