i made this "intestine scarf" from true form pochita, as an effect of pressing shift + right-click with the weapon or a necklace artifact

the chainsaws would obviously be bleed based weapons

mabye healing yourself by hitting or touching bleeding entities ( touching is better i think therwise you would hit inflick bleed and heal and it would be like a lifesteal) like denji drinks blood to heal itself

Maybe they spray blood everywhere and if any of the blood particles make contact with you, you receive half a heart of healing
