active ability if mobs can spawn, they will, if lightning can strike ur target, it will. if projectiles are being shot, they will be homed into the target. if creepers are in a hundred block range, they'll explode, if they arent near the target, they'l pave a way towards them. and recieve badluck 3 or wtv its called. everything bad that can happen to the target will happen to the target for around 30 seconds to a minute. this is an extremely late game item that is meant to be used strategically and can be even stronger with the proper set up.

setup example being like a room of creepers behind a wall or underneath the floor, and upon activating the curios active ability, they all would simultaneously combust. on top of that, say its raining, as the creepers explode, lightning strikes them and makes them charged.

the way the actual curio would look could be one of two things, wonder of u's hat or his cane.

nahh its not like its spammable

it would have like a 10 minute cool down or longer and becoming a human target doesnt seem too laggy

10 minutes seems fine, seems like a one time per fight kinda thing

make flammable objects more likely to burn
alter loot tables for the target (i guess bad luck already does this)
spawn ghost blocks around the target, forcing them them to relog or send a block update (might not work on some servers with debug mods)
0.5% chance for a tool/armor to instantly break
ender pearls could fail and fly less / opposite direction

and then have luck weaken it by -1 per level
