I'm only finding that as either an Android game or on CrazyGames when I research it briefly. I don't think they currently have a way to remove restrictions on games on that website that force the game to be on that website.
As for a PS2 emulator, you'd honestly be better just downloading an actual PS2 emulator like PCSX2's nightly releases. Browsers are simply not powerful enough to emulate the PS2 that well, not to mention that PS2 games are considerably large (and don't emulate the easiest either). The best I could recommend is some form of remote access tool like Chrome Remote Desktop to access a computer at home to play the games on.
