The power of the original console isn't even what's the hardest thing about it in some instances. Even Dolphin has minimum requirements that exceed many Chromebooks, which a lot of people use. Additionally, the games have to be downloaded into RAM usually, which takes a lot of space from RAM being unable to run much else easily

Closest I could tell you is setting up Chrome Remote Desktop to connect to your home PC
