Hiiii, I was playing and everything was normal (all these days I've been playing) and today I did the daily sudoku. I reached the 7 days and I won my rewards, but when it was time to claim them, I couldn't and my game crashed.
I closed it and opened again, but now it's just like this. It doesn't start :C
I already tried erasing the caché and closing the app with task manager. I don't know what else to do :c

The game fixed itself after 48 hours for me, but ofc the streak got reset. You should really work on this because it's not encouraging people to play.

Caching issues are indeed also automatically fixed after 48 hours, but doing this manually should normally also fix it immediately. Did you fully close Discord by using the task manager too? then all folders have to be totally deleted from the PC
it's most likely a caching issue, which can be checked by launching the game on a web browser too - if it works, it is a caching issue related to the Discord app
otherwise, it is sometime also caused by the internet service provider, in this case, it wouldn't work anywhere, except if you use a VPN or another connection -> to fix this issue, you would need to contact your ISP

The game still didn't load on the web browser nor on the phone. I also tried to close both PC/phone Disq, delete cache in both but nothing changed. If it happens again I'll try with a VPN and let you know, didn't think of that.

Hi im also having this exact same issue, when my daily streak reached 7 days on pc, the game froze in the screen that congratulated you for the 7 days streak, i labeled it as a client side glitch and restarted the game, now i cant play as i cant get past the blank screen.

Seems that you have to lose the streak to solve this issue. This is not a discord caching issue as this issue isn't solved by changing devices. I am able to play again after two days of cooldown

apparently you'll be able to play after 2 days when your streak is broken. apparently it's the only "fix" so far.

none of the suggested cache fixes worked on pc, mobile or web for me. bug also happened at 7 days. swapping my internet to mobile hotspot data from a different isp worked on mobile
I switched back to my regular wifi and it now works everywhere. I have no clue what that does to fix it but it worked

Hello! The gems have been restored! It was a saving issue, you would need to refresh the game if the "saving failed" message is displayed (which means you were disconnected from the server)
this may also happen if the game is left idle in the background for too long

I am having the same problem. Got to day 7 and just as I finished the daily puzzle, it crashed. I’ve been stuck at 199 gems and was about to push through as my next mission was to buy a package. Now I guess I don’t get my 7th day gift or to keep my streak

Hello, are there any updates on this situation? I'm dealing with the same issue, just hit the 7 day streak and my game just got stuck on the loading screen like all the pictures above.
I'm about to lose my streak as well, and I've tried launching the game from my phone, from my computer, turning wifi on and off, scrubbing the cache and force stopping on both devices, everything, and nothing is working... I even tried switching locations with VPNs lol. I've been saving up forever to try and buy a puzzle pack cause I've finished all the stuff I had unlocked, so I'd really like to not lose my streak ;-;
This seems like a recurring problem from all the other messages here... Has there been any update on a fix yet?

I am also encountering this issue after I hit my first 7 day streak prize. Literally first week of playing the game and I've presumably lost my streak as a result.
Hardware Acceleration is already turned on in my Advanced settings.
Get the same blank screen on both my Windows 10 Discord desktop, and on my iPhone Discord app. Both restarted and same issue, so highly doubt it's caching given it's across multiple devices.

Hello! We're working on the next update, which should be released next week, and our team is trying to fix this issue as well. Unfortunately, it's hard to reproduce and fix this issue internally, but I hope we'll soon be able to do so
