#Aniimo Is Born - My Submissions Thus Far

Trinkit is an adorable bell cat made of snow and fluff. They tend to get themselves in trouble thanks to their curious natures.
Males sport a rope bow under their chins while females sport a rope bow tied to the back of their heads.
Male Trinkits have a tendency to get into play fights regularly and rough house with their litter mates or with other aniimo.
Female Trinkits have a tendency to wander and be a little too curious for their own good, leading to a parent Baubcat bringing them back home quite regularly.
Trinkits will tuck their icy paws when they sleep, helping them stay cool while they rest.
Baubcat is Trinkit's evolved form, and is known for being more aggressive, but also very protective.
Their bells have false eye holes allowing for more intimidation, as well as widened visual perception for it's one, glowing eye. The fur around it's neck is more feral, its colors darkerned and it's snowy body more compact and solid.
Its icy paws are now icy, clawed gauntlets of black ice, and it's body often sports a visible coat of frost across the surface.
Parental Baubcats often spend a lot of their time protecting and looking over smaller Trinkits, bringing them back to their dens if they wander too far. While males are rarely carried, females are often picked up by the bow, which over time frays the rope.
Baubcats are efficient hunters, despite their bell shaped heads. As adults, they learn to walk carefully to avoid ringing till they are able to pounce.
Here's my initial rough sketch of the two of them
Zapurr are literal storm chasers, looking for storms to run into or along side of, often to "bathe" in the electrical currents kicked up by lightning storms.
They're whiskers help them hunt down/sense nearby storms.
They're naturally fast aniimo that can cross a plains field in a short amount of time, allowing for quick travel at any moment.
Their paws glow and kick up arks of lightning behind them as they run, occasionally leaving small scorch marks behind on the ground if taking off particularly quick.
They're competitive by nature, and not just with storms but also with each other, often racing against other Zapurr or aniimo in the absence of a storm.
Initially when I sketched up Zapurr, I was going to give it spots like a normal cheetah, but it felt like it was lacking something. Through research, I learned about a rare alternate coat pattern that gives cheetahs stripes, known as "King Cheetahs."
They almost got a little lightning bolt eyebrow marking, but I decided against that 😅
Lanumi are reminiscent of fireflies, drifting across open fields and flickering their lights in the dark. Their orb-like abdomens heat the air beneath their wings, allowing them to rise and fall like paper lanterns or hot air balloons.
When many Lanumi gather in one location, they will sometimes dance together, holding paws and spiraling through the air as the bob up and down in unison. A large enough gathering of Lanumi can light an entire field up like a festival of lights.
Lanumi's initial sketch
I debated a bit between glow colors before sticking to the natural fiery tones
And then we have Anemosis, who was my first submission amongst the group.
Anemosis are an ocean floor aniimo meant as a sort of anti-hero that considers Sherro its rival. It arms itself with broken shells and Otti shovels, as well as fulgurite armor pieces that it makes with its electricity. While fulgurite can crumble, it makes for a renewable armor on the go.
Initially I ran out of time to flush them out more, and if I could, I'd probably try to develop a whole evolutionary line for them.
More and more thought was put into later designs, and honestly, I'm most proud of Trinkit and Baubcat thus far.
Batman
Y'know, I can see that 🧐
Embarten are the competitive snowboarding sables of the snowy mountains, forming boards of ice to slide away on. Ambitious and playful, these little risk-takers turn every activity into a chance to pull off tricks.
Embartens are generally solitary, though when they do gather, it turns into a competitive race down the slopes.
Embarten have thick, fluffy manes of fur that mimic snow coats, keeping them comfortable when they burrow through deep snow piles. With their powers over ice, they often fashion themselves ice goggles to protect their eyes from harsh winds when sliding down the mountainside.
Embarten have been noted in various different habitats, having adapted to their environment wherever they're found, but are rarely observed long enough to fully study.
A common sight when coming across an Embarten is to see it leap across the snow and dash off on a board of ice, making a quick getaway
