1st rotation get 1 wep frame 200 crystal shards 3 wool 3 wood 3rocks and 12 fish 2 herbs, drop your pickaxe,wc axe as you get the resources.
You can make 1 full t1 armor set + a enhanced weapon of your choosing, i always go with bow. drop your fish at the range
2nd rotation you want to run around the edges looking for a demi boss, while also gathering more fish and shards.
Bow and Staff make it easier, hally is better dps but more advanced.
After you get your 2 enhanced wep pieces either the orb or bowstring, use teleport crystal mid and full prep an go fight boss.
If you cant find the dragon +darkbeast, just kill 3 of the demi bosses you find an they will drop all 3.

7 of each isnt to bad, you dont need as much food if you do t2. so you can just do 8 fish with 3/3/3 at the start make t1 armor + t2 enhanced wep go hunt demi bosses, gather the 4/4/4 you need to upgrade while killing other monsters for the shards as having a wep gathering shards is much faster.
I think biggest problem with higher armor preps is the nature of how little shards you get when gathering, it can be really unlucky.

I somewhat did this, staking kinda made me realize that the GP rat race was not fun or worth my time. i had no asparations to grind anything in rs as it was just making gold, ironman opened up a whole nother game for me.
