if you have 75+ pray or so you can do it with 3 doses a kill while not ghost skilling

skipping

get him 450ish, delay till after first ghost set would spawn then push

second set spawns you full pray it with 65 pray

dose up once to finish the kill

dose up twice more to get to around 70

then repeat making sure you have 65 before ghosts spawn

just gotta flick while you wait for first ghosts
