you can make tons of cash/hr without even rolling the ring of endurance

it's also the best agility xp/hr in the game if you skip loot, but even if you loot it's better than rooftops

I hit like 70k xp/hr doing only the first 4 floors (don't have 5th unlocked yet) and also looting 2 out of 4 floors

it's also a decent way to get all kinds of clues
