Ya, id say starting on an ironman is prob the best way to experience the game though. Dont think there is any other feeling you get from playing early ironman and unlocking upgrades all the time. even something as simple as magic shortbow from a clue early is amazing.

usually good starting points for progressing your accounts would be quest cape (long grind), some of the many achievement diaries, getting your account ready for (solo) bosses or even raids, but all of those we're talking quite the time investment

helps you stick to a good order and helps you during the quests as well

if you open that, and change the ordering to Optimal, that'll really help you progress your account

doing the quests in optimal order makes sure you're efficiently using the xp rewards from those quests so you need to do less training for the other quests
