Wrong it increases runes by 60% you need to make 56 runes with 28 ess so you need double nature which only happens at 91 as I tried this yesterday then spent 3 hours getting the boost with stews

you won't need to bring 28 essence if you boost to 91 though, which means you can bring a few stews in your inv to attempt boosting there instead of having to do it at the bank and have a heart attack making your way there in time
