Haven't looked at what you are doing, but for one, your gear is worse than the other hunter's. Seems like you are missing Chest and Leg enchants, which should already make this gap smaller if you add those.

I mean, you can't compare a ST sim dps to an actual fight like Chimaerus with adds and intermission downtimes.
And even if you could, a sim is only the average of many iterations with "perfect" play. The dps of any single iteration can be vastly different as seen in the full html export.
I am not saying that you played perfectly, just pointing out that the comparison doesn't help.
That being said, from skimming over your log, I don't see any major flaws in your rotation. Your uptime (always casting something) could definitely be improved a bit, but I've seen much worse.
