Hi im new to the spec im trynna like learning what im doing bad, i try to always use my proc of sentinel using a WF Bomb but im like comparing to others survival and their damage seems overall way better than mine can you explain me smthg that i dont understand or do well ?

so, right out of the gate you are losing a TON of damage by not tiping your hard hitting abilities

ignoring, that you were late on your 1st cast and should have opened with KC in this case, you should have at least KCed after the 1st bomb to tip bith TD and the bomb afterwards

another KC should have followed before using chakram

you should be doing that prepull (1s before the pull you throw the bomb) - this is exclusively a thing as you start the fight with a free global up

TD is affected by tip for instance and it is p much your biggest single hit
another important factor is that the spec rly only works when abilities are tiped - even more so with Sentinel, which is the current optimal build (that you are also running)

only tipped abilities can proc the sentinel mark

just a few sec later in the fight, you overcap on tip stacks all of a sudden by using 2 KCs back to back, which obv is suboptimal aswell

realistically, you should aim to tip every single ability period

I didnt understand what you called "tiping" = is tip mean that i need to run the buff tip of the spear

its basically what the whole spec revolves around

here, right before your 2nd TD you also overcap on tips and lose out on a stack for your chakram

lastly, you also have gaps in your rotation, that im not rly looking into right now - some might just be you running out of focus due to the other quirks in your play

it doesnt actually happen that often that you should even realistically be able to do this cuz your KC cooldown should not line up in a way where you can use it twice in 3 globals, but it CAN happen rarely

so, you also never want to overcap on bombs - when there is 7s left on the 2nd bomb charge to recharge full, you throw it (making sure it is tipped)

ok so basically i should always send a tiped ability WF bomb or RS, check if my bomb is a 7s cooldown to use WF Bomb (tiped) be sure when i use shakram to be tiped

yes also the most important abilities to tip are TD and boomstick (they get the most numerical value from it) but realistically, no ability but RS should ever be used untiped

yea im looking at it - overall you did a bit better, but there is still issues:

the opener is using tips, which is good

but you would want to be using bomb right after TD, as it gives you a sentinels mark

that you want to always consume asap

not doing so and spending tips on other spells can have you end up overwriting the mark and usually also results in you overcapping bomb charges

this also happens tight after on pull, where you send a second bomb, that is not tipped

this should not be happening - having untipped RS is okay (shouldnt happen this early into a TD cycle but rather towards the later parts - generally 40+ ish seconds in) but you end up sending an untipped bomb, which is bad

here you do 2 KCs back to back, overcaping tip by one

happens again here - if you had used rs in between thos, it would have actually been a great TD setup as you start it on 3 stacks of tip, which means that you dont have to spend as much time KC ing inside TD (this is not necessarily something we are looking to set up tho)

this CD usage is also unfortunate in the sense that you would have wanted to send a bomb right after TD and miss tip on the second bomb of the window

btw, Ive looked at frac again, as thats what gone through last time

i also do not quite understand why you keep using aspect of the eagle right before TD - its not like you are using RS right after, whihc is the only spell that would benefit from it and witth TD you end up in melee anyways so it doesnt seem right that you had need of using it there

sometimes like when boss like pushing my pet i launch like two KC bcs the 1st seems to not hit

its like when your pet is bumping far from the target

there is a lil time before he hit the target

btw some time im getting out of focus

and cannot launch

so i prefer use my tip of the spear with RS

and some times i prefer like wait a bit to manage a good setup to get 2 tip of spear stack

and lanch

TD + chakram

then KC

and WB (as u say to consume my sentinel mark)

yes, the optimal opener (without any procs) is bomb from range prepull > kc + harpoon > TD > bomb > kc > boomstick > chakram

if at any point after the 1st bomb you get a sentinels mark proc, youd want to use bomb as you next tip consuming global

im like doing Bomb prepull -> kc --> harpoon -> TD -> Shakram -> KC -> Bomb -> boomstick

i was sending like my shakram right to my td

but as you said i should always spend as fast as possible my sentinel mark

with a bomb
