Hi all my guilds hunter doesn't know what's up and why they're struggling to log good vs other hunters - was wondering if anyone had a chance to check it out?

If you take a look at the other log reviews where garnett pulls up the cotw window, your hunter is guilty of the same thing
They're casting KC right before they get a free proc
Which leads to wasted resets

p2.1 platform opener had 2 main issues
- took 5 globals to use cotw (this means the blighted quiver stacks from your tier set get soaked up when the excess voidwardens spawn)
- the hunter does not seem to be aware that withering fire is giving guaranteed deathblows every 4 seconds. this is easily optimized, especially since the hunter is using kill commands <1gcd before these.
your hunter is also using barbed shot at a higher priority than needed, frenzy stacks arent a big deal in the current bm dark ranger playstyle.

to go back to this, your hunter refreshed deathblow 20 times over this one kill. with only 127 total deathblows, that means ~16% got wasted. ideally in your average kill you want to be wasting 10% or less (some refreshes are unavoidable)
trinkets + potion usages were totally fine, kinda rare that pacemaker lines up but it 100% worked here
heres the p3 opener, all of the abilities with an arrow pointed to them need to go. black arrows outside of cotw pale in comparison + barbed shot/bloodshed can be used later into the opener.
to optimize withering fire, there are some public weakauras to try out.

when youre <1 gcd until getting a guaranteed black arrow its a 2-3% gain to just spam black arrow, even if its not available because your auto attacks can proc it.
even with bm dark ranger being the 2nd most rng spec, once you get a proper rotation you'll almost always be purple parsing and above (unless you get really unlucky*. getting over the 95th percentile WILL require a degree of rng.
