Very confused with black arrow damage

Hi, I am playing BM as my alt. I have decent gear and consistently do less black arrow damage than other hunters I am playing BUT I have similar number of casts as they do. I am extremely confused and wondering if theres an explanation.

My most recent logs have double on use trinkets (im not playing perfectly at all but my damage is REALLY bad comapred to where i feel i am playing)

you’re fucking up cd rotation quite harshly

look at this for example

cotw gives deathblows every 4 seconds; you’re using kill commands .5 gcd’s before this guaranteed black arrow

it’s upwards of a 2.5-3% gain to not cast ANYTHING when within <1 gcd of a guaranteed proc

all you do is sit there and spam black arrow in this 1gcd timeframe because auto attacks can give a proc.

i will recommend you watch the azortharion bm hunter dark ranger pve guide on youtube. it should cover most optimizations quite thoroughly

didnt think sitting there spamming black arrow 1s before would be optimal but the basic guides dont say anything about ti

messing up rotation = less deathblows = less quiver stacks (withering fire)

pull by pull isn’t a good thing to look at as rng can be very heavy

but with a good rotation it’s hard to not parse purple or higher, even with the horrible rng

also you’re using bestial wrath early, it’s used after consuming the deathblow(s) given from pressing cotw for the most part

this is one of the most cd reliant specs

Okay I found 1 big major mistake at least for Plexus and the reason why there's prolly always a gap

You send Call of the Wild and your stack of prism and everything into the 2 spawning adds in intermission and spend the rest of your CD running to boss, Sors is hold for when he's at the boss and fully sending it on him

Soulbinders is just whoever is lucky enough to bad nothing much you can do about that fight

Loomithar you're not holding your CD for a couple of second knowing the 50% HP damage amp is coming

Araz has positionning issue that can send black arrow into immune targets
