#Black Arrow hits per BA cast is always lowr than the fellow hunter in guild

I have issue with lower black arrow dps. My (usmanter) number of black arrow hits per cast is always lower than the hunter in the same log. It is even lower than the other hunters in general. If it happend on every other log than i would have understand but not on this scale. This log is from progression on king salhadar

Pull 30-34 is when i switched back to DR build to get logs for my issue. on starting few pulls on the night my number of hits were even lower than the casts which means for some reason i was missing on BA.

That is understandable but on other pulls where we do the same things, he hits more times than me. i.e. on pull 35, my BA casts and hits are as follows

I looked through your logs:
You need to work on your BA usage during CotW, big time.
You are missing a metric ton of BA casts and with that the Withering Fire damage.

Here a little explanation I wrote in another review request:

Your spell usage curing COTW seems very random. You are wasting a lot of BA procs and KC usages during your COTW windows.
-Be ready for that free BA proc and slam that immediately.
-Never use KC right before you get your free BA proc
Tip: Get the Withing Fire Weakaura, or one that's similar to really keep you in check of your spell usage.

Here a quick explanation of what to focus on during COTW:

Generally our GCD without lust is 1.2ish.
With lust our GCD is maybe 0.9
You have 4 sec intervals. First Spell is casted at 0 seconds (in theory)
Remember your 1st interval has COTW in it as well. So you "free" BA will be cast on the 2nd GCD. On all other 4sec intervals your "free" BA is on 1st GCD.
So you can without lust:
1st 4-sec-interval: COTW->"BA"->BW->Barbed ...wait....
all other 4-sec-intervals: "BA"-> KC->KC->Barbed ...wait...
(example rotation, always slam BA if you get any)

With lust you can squeeze one more global in there.
Remember: don't use KC as the last spell in the sequence

The reason your BA hits are low compared to your BA casts is how Withering fire and the 4 set works.

For every BA you cast you have a chance of getting a Blighted Quiver stack.
During your next COTW your Blighted Quiver stacks are released and will fire additional Withering Fire Arrows ON EVERY BA during COTW.
Since you missed so many BAs during your COTW window you did not have many of these bonus Withering Fire arrows that go along with your BAs while COTW is active
