you can see on the rotation's opener you want to `bloodshed > ba (if available) > cotw > ba > bestial wrath > standard rotation

you are losing multiple globals during your cotw by activating things in the wrong order, then continuing to lose more globals in these very valuable moments from sub-optimal play.

this leads to less blighted quiver stacks in your next cotw (black arrow does less damage in your next cotw)

in call of the wild, its a damage gain to "hold a global" by not casting anything in order to cast the guaranteed black arrow ASAP. this weakaura will help with having a timer for these guaranteed deathblows. https://wago.io/YkiN48e5v

your gear also doesnt help, you have a decent amount of mastery while also not running any on-use trinkets. bm dr really loves on use trinkets like netherprism and ritual forge because it heavily relies on the cooldowns.
