Just some general pointers from glancing over your log:
Your first ring isn't gemmed or enchanted
It doesn't look like you potted
You delayed your 2nd trueshot by 30 seconds, that caused you to miss your 3rd TS being completely buffed by lust and your 4th trueshot to be cut short by the boss dying
The last 2 trueshots are of higher value than the first two because the boss takes 30% more damage and at sub 20% you are in execute range. You could hold Netherprism on your second trueshot and try and capitalize for a really big TS when lust is popped at the boss is under 50%.
Comparing your log to similar kill times and gear levels, other hunters are shooting about 20-30 more aimed shots than you. Make sure you are never capping aimed shot at 2 charges, and try and explosive shot when you have no charges of aimed to refund a full charge instead of a partial charge.
Once you nail down the basic rotation our spec literally boils down to: am i getting deathblow procs (especially during trueshot), are those procs going into withering fire, and are my black arrows critting.

I see but still im not be able to reach higher than 3m on boss fights in single target so i wanna know what is ot that keeping me from it i know that i dont use trueshot currectly but still i have to be able do much more damage than someone who have 705ilvl a hunter mm had 705ilvl and did 5m on boss while i was doing 3m this damage diff was huge and i must say i couldnt even get near him in opener at start

On a good pull what happens within your trueshot windows can amount to over 60% of your total damage for the entire fight. Ironing out kinks there will improve your dps tremendously
After looking through your timeline it looks like you are making some fundamental rotational errors.
You are sometimes sending aimed shots without first spending precise shots. The whole idea of the spec is to consume precise shots with black arrow OR arcane shot if you dont get a deathblow proc. Sending an aimed shot while you have precise shots stacks without it being a lock and load is bad and a dps loss
There are also times where you are sending black arrow deathblow procs without them being buffed by precise shots
I recommend getting in the habit of queueing steady shot after aimed shot so you have time to react to any black arrow deathblow procs as there are times where you instantly queue arcane shot which is a dps loss if you have a deathblow proc
