well you're 30 ilvs behind, no enchants, no gems, no embellishments, no battle potions used. Pressing multishot during cotw is bad, cotw with bloody frenzy gives you 20 seconds of beast cleave.

Its pretty hard to determine rotation issue when your not even at that ilvl anymore as you said, but the most glaring issue is too much multishot is press
if you play with Call of the Wild, you never need to press it for those 20 sec
and at 648 your just massively missing stats which will affect rotation
You also want to minmax the CDR you get from Barbed Shot to maxime getting more and more Bestial Wrath uptime
Id recommended getting this Weakauras
Should work on these 2 thing first and come back with a log with your actual gear equipped, not old stuff that doesnt matter anymore

haste with current tier set doesn't matter
all you want is CDR to get more bestial wrath
and you press multishot way too much
come back with a logs in your current gear and then we could like if there's anything else glaring
but what kaito said at the start isn't to scuff at, Enchants, Gems, 2 missing embelishment, etc end up being a LOT of missing dps
Oh I also realised looking at your logs, never press kill shot again its real bad
those 18 kill shot could have been put to better use

Literally anything else will have a bigger impact on your dps so it’s never a dps gain to press
