I don't know how to check that,but your did waste a charge cause you kill commanded right after you Bestial Wrath, everytime you bw you want to dump a barbed before using a pack mentality kill command

If you Bestial Wrath, press barbed shot once after
If kill command is glowing, press barbed shot
