Haven't checked the log, just about to head off to bed, but a quick note -
You rarely what to hold Trueshot, only If you know the next pull is gonna be big, but don't hold it for long in any case. And during Trueshot, only use Arcane shot If you don't have any aimed shots left. Otherwise ignore it.

you wanna spend focus on aimed shot > arcane shot... typically you dont cast arcane shot in TS windows, rapid fire is fine as it makes next aimed shot cast quicker

When trueshot is up you want to use aimed shot and rapid fire on cd, only arcane shot as filler, in aoe you’d want trick shots for every aimed shot and rapid fire.
Rapid fire is top priority, you don’t want to hold it unless lunar storm comes up within ~5 seconds during trueshot, or 8 seconds outside of it.
Give the IV guide a look, it’ll have everything you’ll need 
in ST you also want to use kill shot on cd too.
