I am comparing my logs to other Hunters and I see damage sources I don't have, and I see way more damage on some of my sources compared to the ones on the others.

These are from a random Hunter doing the same dungeon at the same level
Notice how my Call of the Wild is doing way more damage than his, but he has way more damage sources than me

Pretty sure I am, this is my build at the moment.

https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/KrcVg9QtCWazhDw2#fight=last&type=casts&source=3&view=timeline at 23 seconds, if you are specced into Blood Frenzy you have 20 seconds of Beast Cleave and it seems like you generally used it fine.
At 43 seconds when the buff should have worn off, it takes you 7 seconds to re-enter beast cleave and you have active casts going. That means you have 7 seconds where kill command is doing ST which is the most important part of the kit.
In general, you may be over multi-shotting since it seems you have multiple windows where there is no KC in your Beast Cleave windows.
If it's a Kill Command issue not being up, try spreading out Barbed Shot on more targets to get resets. If you do not have enough focus then try to press Cobra Shot and Multi-Shot less to make sure you're pressing the most important button.
