It's not game design. Parsing is a shit meta game invented by an external website that can arbitrarily change rules on a boss, and where your skill and gear is just one factor. You need external buffs, a decent group with good gear, a fast kill time, good mechanics rng, and sometimes even exploiting little glitches etc.
