I was fighting minsc, ||and if you knock him out with nonlethal he can become a companion but you have to pass a pretty tough (15) intimidation or history check against the Emperor to make that happen. as soon as the fight ended, it would enter the minsc dialogue WITH ASTARION instead of my character, forcing me to do that roll with disadvantage. I went through all 4 inspirations he had and failed them all. THE FIGHT DIDN'T EVEN END ON ASTARION'S TURN||
