Looking at heroic Rashok, I'd say don't one button macro your opener or you're wasting TS uptime, your chakram should be cast first and then you do trueshot etc after the GCD ends so you can go straight into an aimed shot. You should also get a better trinket to replace fragment. There were a few gaps between casts here and there, as well as a sizeable one when you popped turtle.

I guess it will now depends on RNG to do more damage, 25 sec trueshot on opener seems unlucky. Maybe you could equip the other primordial gem to do more damage in mono target
