mmm according to what I can find online it seems to proc 2-3 times per minute. Best bet would be to spend some time on the target dummy and see what you get.

If you are having health issues I can see it being useful, but im not up to M Raz yet so not sure how defensive timings are.

So much difference, it's strange
Shield from ring is very good for all prog (bcs you will not die in situations, where without shield - dead) Also you don't get in account that shield also gives you more uptime of blue silking 😋
