Yesterday i tried to join pug groups for Raszageth normal (i'm 410 Hunter with 7/8 HC and 1/8 M) nobody took me because apparently all raid leader were hutners and didn't want to pick other hutner, to have the bow just for them (i suppose at least)
Is it a good strategy? the chance to drop the bow are not influenced by the number of hunter in party?
Could someone give me more details about loot?

Loot only looks at amount of people to determine how much loot to drop
What actually drops is just rolling dice
so you can have 0 hunters and get bows

This i get it, but the question was the chance to drop the bow does it scale with the number of hunter in raid?
For example if there is only one hunter, the entire 20 people raid has the same chance to drop the bow as on 20 people there are 14 hunters

just because we are here, does it count also for tier tokens? i don't remember if it ever happens to me to see a drop of a tier token of someone class that was not in raid
