So the guides mention Blue Silken for weapon provided you have enough enough uptime, but I find it to be pretty low (as low as 30% on some bosses) even in Heroic. I've seen the Fang and the Potion duration being recommended instead.
What are you guys using on your crafted weapons, I'm wondering?

Still went with Blue Silk personally. No great alternatives. If you’re hard set on making a bow (if you can’t make 418 probably better to just farm M+) Fang is a single target embellished so won’t help on cleave or AOE. Just feels like we might as well use silk.

Ah, as in remove the embellishment from weapon and go for the vers proc from legs?

the vers will buff allies too so there’s some dps in that, that a sim won’t show

Even at 30% uptime you're looking at a 0.1% or so loss compared to Fang, and similar dps to potion absorption.
Not like the guide recommendation doesn't take the lower uptime into account.

Yeah even in pug raids dropping pools and adds and randomnesss still get decent uptime so Im glad I listened to azor

But yeah the guide also recommend the legs over a silken but that's only if you can use them without breaking 4p

Yeah, missing chest/helm so no legs for a few weeks. But agree legs are pretty dope if you can fit.
