tempest in 7.0 is attack speed, in 7.5 its % dmg which basically % dmg scales really stupidly in tft

its kinda complicated but basically aoshin will be slightly worse with attack speed than before but relatively around the same strength which is very bad when u consider the dragons are all getting bumped down in cost
its max hp dmg and then it gives tempest units attack speed in 7.0, but flat dmg increase in 7.5

tempest unit pool is generally worse for aoshin, u just replace ornns slot with lee sin who is less tanky but does shred mr so its basically neutral i'd say slightly worse though
tempest also added graves (cannoneer tempest) but graves is the classic 4 cost who just does not care about his synergies hardly at all

basically tldr is like every dragon got nerfed to some degree bc of 8>7 and 10>8 in costs but aoshins "nerf" gets entirely offset and then some by the tempest change so aoshin is basically still a 10 cost except he costs 8 and yeah...
2 tempest is garbage yeah but its still a good option bc lee and graves are just good units, though lee falls off hard
i could see some potential for tempest spat having more value and playing some line with like qiyana/nilah/graves/lee or something

never really been in a situation where they overlapped but this past poe league came out like idk 8 weeks into this current tft patch and i still played a fair bit of tft during it
both games are games that are extremely fun at points but not games that i play year round, but poe enjoyment is much more based around the community hype being there
so if both came out with new stuff same time i'd probably play poe for a week or so and then go to tft

was playing guardian front line ezreal with guinsoo + hoj until 3-2 then i hit a syfen and zyra and pivoted to that, bled like 4-8 hp every round until 4-1 rolled down on 4-1 for 1 pantheon then held until 5-1, went 8 rolled down for upgrades

u can go nunu or lee both have their advantages and require diff items but u just play it if u get a spat/dmancer spat by 3-2 and then u go 6 roll till 6 dm on 6 and then u roll again on 3-5 until u hit 2* of your carry dmancer
