It comes with experience. You can price check items with the trade site tho but its a slow process since some rolls matter more than others and some stats dont matter at all. Think one thing to help get used to pricing would be using other ppls experience by using dumb tabs. Dumb tab is basically a stash page that you set to be at x price and you just throw everything you pick up and dont know how to value into. If you start getting multiple whispers about an item that means that the value might be higher than what you set for the dumb tab.
