For people who want to redesign their Waterpark a nice feature would be to pause the workers since the Handymen for example build the placed blueprints and its annoying for me personally when I want to keep the blueprints there and the handymen build it. Its also useful for other things whenever the player doesnt need a worker since they want to do the job theirselves or something.
