Handyman Chlorine Training

On version 0.3.71 my handyman chlorine training perk doesn’t work, not once have my pools cleaned without me having to manually drain them.

Did you also research the chlorine itself?

Yessir, incredibly early on.

weird. And you are sure you have a handyman in your staff correct? Can you try and track them down next time and see if they are stuck somewhere? First time we are hearing about a situation like this

So for reference @ornate sun and @jovial iris If a pool is not dirty enough, the handyman will not clean it. They only start cleaning it once it reaches a certain level of dirtiness.

I could literally leave my pool for 4 day cycles and it won’t get cleaned

Was difficult with that keep it clean for 3 days challenge coz I had to keep darting around with chlorine

I’ve literally never seen it and I’ve got like 30 hours on the game, I don’t even know if they run to the shop or if the stocker does it @astral elm

They’re not stuck as they keep repairing, even after sleeping they just go around fixing it don’t bother with the pool

They won't run to the shop and buy chlorine. When the pool gets dirty enough, they'll walk up to the filter and hit it with a hammer.

So I’ve hired a new cleaner, and I’ve definitely seen them clean twice, but it doesn’t seem to be working very well still

My pools been like this for an entire game day, she hammered it then walked off and it didn’t change

Please keep an eye on the pool. If there is trash in it, smelly guests, or visitors peeing, the water will become dirty again very quickly - even if the Handyman has just cleaned it.

If you’re sure none of these situations apply, please send your save file (save the game while the pool is already dirty) along with the logs.

Ive gone five star pools now and they’re all fine staying clean, so might’ve just been the 4 star rating not being hygienic enough?

That’s interesting! Are there any problems with the 4-star pools right now?

I’ve got rid of them all, so I couldn’t say honestly. I’m wondering maybe more of a balancing consideration instead of a bug though!
