Terrain manipulator

I think it would be good to have a tool to change the level of terrain. I would love to be able to lift the ground up to put decorations high or make a cool volcano with the decorations already added! Also i think it would be sick to add some stairs to go up said terrain. Put some waterslides on a ledge or something. Could be pretty cool for creative purposes 🙂
