I think the game could go 1 of 2 ways. (Yes this might be biased and it is my opinion that I also made a suggestion about before, but I will try to not be too biased)
Either there is prestige
Pros:
You almost restart, but keep some upgrades or something, maybe the location gets moved to a more rich area. Maybe the costs are higher, but you get more money and research points, but things cost more.
Cons:
The problem for me is that games that have prestige usually have much more scalable stats and upgrades. The hammers and cleaning items can only go so much faster or increase the percentage so much. The employee stats don't need to and can't increase that much either. Employees being even better would require a bigger area or something. More employee slots, again, not necessary, but could be useful.
Point is, this game isn't like those others where you infinitely increase the same few upgrades to just get more and more money etc.
OR
They add more difficulties
Pros:
Players can choose how easy or hard the game is
The increasing difficulty means that it's not about scaling. It's just making it harder, more grindy or impressive if you get far instead of making you earn like $1M and it doesn't even mean anything like games that prestige do
You can make the player earn less money and need to spend more
les guests show up
more problematic guests.
Cons:
No new stars necessarily
No "upgraded" location
No ever increasing stats like crazy high numbers
No unlocking more items and pools and attractions via higher difficulty
