After Hours type park would be a cool idea. I see a lot of people wanting children & families in the park. I don't like that idea because of the pervert NPCs. (though the pervert could be removed) ; But Maybe kids can come during day hours, then night time the perverts would be allowed - as that would be adult only hours? But having lights around the park , built into the pools or maybe some light up slides? I think it would look really nice!
